Things we can learn from watching the movie -Inside out
There are five emotions in every human being .anger, sadness, joy; disgust and fear are always inside everyone. And everyone have the tough times and good times to experience. People worry a lot during their tough times and jump in joy during their good times. It is good to balance your emotions and keep them under your control for a healthy relationship and wonderful life. Inside out meaning what are the different emotions like; how will it be if the different emotions behave as actor and talk? And what is happening inside everyone’s head?
People want only Joy and no sadness
Life is mixture of different emotions. No one can be with joy throughout the life and No one can be sad throughout the life. People want to make money, have a rich life and be more materialistic. All they want is joy and forgot the sadness. But it is only sadness that gives more joyful memories later in life. Experiences are gained when you feel sad. Only when you have the sad times, we remember the good old nostalgic times.
There is an actor in everyone’s life
There are many emotions to express. Actor knows how to react to a situation and there is always an actor in everyone’s life. It is good to have blend of the different characters. Sometimes, you will have to be talk in a joyful manner to someone. Other day it turns out of your hands and you burst in anger. Never burst out in anger with someone and ruin his/her day.
It’s good to express your feelings
Life is short; it is good to express your love and joy to your closed ones. Anger can be very dangerous sometimes and can be remembered for long term. Suppose when a guy bursts out in anger to a girl for petty things. It remains in the other person’s mind for a long time.
Don’t be a mood spoiler
When someone comes to talk to you in pleasant tone and spend time with you. You must not be anger or fear or show aversion to talk to them. This completely turns off the other person and they quickly move away from you. This can create a bad name for you and ruin your identity. Be in the happy mood when you meet someone or never give chance to meet someone.
One emotion at a time
It is good to stay with one emotion at a time. You are invited to a birthday party, if you are bored of the crowd. Quickly greet everyone there and make a move to leave the party first. It isn't necessary to fake your emotions with someone whom you cannot stay for a long time. Leave the party within half an hour of starting or arrive to the party late and leave quickly. You may be eating your food, but you will have something in your mind.
Don’t play with other’s emotions.
This is the important thing to remember. You are happy, sad, fearing or angry, that matters to you a lot and so does the other person think of them. You are the important person in your life and so does everyone consider themselves in their life. Making someone hurt or bullying or making sarcastic comments are to be avoided at any cause for a healthy relationship. If you aren't interested, it is good to move on. Fighting or arguing for petty things is a complete waste of time.
What do I think??
The movie explains that there are five emotions which are controlling every human being. But there are several other emotions which happen to be a mixture of the five emotions. Fighting and get angry are the worst emotion to handle by a man or woman at any age. But sometimes people make fake fights and fake angry to make the relationship stronger. But this anger has a touch of kindness, caring and humor which creates nostalgic moments in someone’s life.
